Event 4 of the 2009 WSOP the No-Limit Hold 'Em is one of the largest fields assembled other than the WSOP Main Event. With this event hold over 6011 competitors, it was expected to be a long one. 50 players of the 6012 returned on Tuesday to continue their quest to the final table. Although the remaining players were being eliminated quite rapidly, is still was a long day at play and was to be a even longer night with the strong final table of nine. With such display of poker skills that was shown throughout this event, ESPN deemed it necessary to show coverage of the final table. Knowing they were in for a long night, officials made a call to have the players return on Wednesday to continue the battle of Event 4 the No Limit Hold 'Em. Returning to the tournament is well known poker player Danny Fuhs who has a chip count of just under a million and will certainly have some making up to do to catch up with chip leader Dan Heimiller who sits at a chip count of 4 million. Today is also the continuation of Event 5 of the WSOP, the Pot Limit Omaha. After several days and 18 levels of play, we have reached our final table of nine. Chip leader being none other than An Tran with a chip count of 445,000. Which will prove quite a challenge for lowest chip count holder Steve Burkholder who is sitting at close to 263,000. At some point today we will have a winner of the Pot Limit Omaha and be ready to turn all eyes to the 6th event, the World Championship Seven Card Stud.
The World Championship Seven Card Stud, which is the 6th event of the 2009 WSOP, will start on Wednesday, June 3rd, where 142 competitors found their place in the tournament with a buy in of $10,000.
