A Look Into Future Sports Events

The NFL season is rapidly approaching. With less than 4 months to go, futures are available on all your favorite USA Online Sportsbooks. Current favorites include the Steelers, Ravens, the Saints, the Patriots, and many others. With the gap before the season there is still plenty of variables that can change. Week 1 of the NFL season is bound to be an exciting one.

Being that we all know who is going to be the eastern conference champs in the NBA this season (coughclevelandcough), the Western conference is the subject of uncertainty. With four teams remaining, there are still varying odds who it will be. The Lakers are the favorite with odds around -400. Behind them are the Nuggets, trailing ever so slowly in victories and holding odds of +300. The Mavericks are out of luck.

The NHL is having a chaotic set of semi-finals. Games are being won by different teams left and right. Last seasons champs, the Detroit Red Wings, are continuing to get pummeled by the Anaheim UnderDucks. Odds are shifting toward the Ducks with each passing game, which should place them as the favorite if they keep winning. Depending on the next two games, the Wings could be knocked out of the runnings. The Capitals got obliterated in overtime by the Penguins in Game 3, which also caused a shift in the odds towards the Penguins favor, though the Capitals are still the favorite.
