Event 54 of the 2009 World Series of Poker is a No-Limit Hold’em tournament. This tournament has a buy-in of $1500 which should prove to be enticing for most professionals. This No-Limit Hold’em tournament has never before been played at the World Series of Poker, and so there should be a lot of attention on this event to see just how it will pan out. The low buy-in will most probably mean that there will be a large number of professionals who will take part in this event, making for some interesting viewing as well. The prize pool should also be fairly large, given that many players will want to participate in this event.
The 40th Annual WSOP 2009 Event 54 No-Limit Hold’em tournament has a buy-in of a low $1,500 and every player will start with $4500 in tournament chips. The tournament will begin on the 29th of June, and will last for three days. It will be played in 34 levels, with each level lasting for one hour, and a 20 minute break will be taken at the end of every second level. After the end of level 6, the players will take a 90 minute dinner break. The final table will commence at 2 pm on the 1st of July.
