The Atlanta Falcons finished over .500 in back-to-back seasons for the first time in the history of the organization, and as such, oddsmakers have set the Atlanta Falcons Super Bowl XLV Odds with the team in the pool of players to compete for a championship. Led by young quarterback Matt Ryan and running back Michael Turner on offense, them Falcons presented a balance attack and finished second in the NFC South. That was not enough to warrant a post-season berth however and Atlanta watched the playoffs from their couches. That will provide them with enough motivation to come into this football season with a renewed energy as they will fight to get to the promise land in the NFL.
While the team did not make the playoffs last season, the Atlanta Falcons 2011 Super Bowl Odds have them set at 30/1. The Falcons will have to compete with the defending Super Champion New Orleans Saints and play them twice this season. Atlanta is second in the line of betting favorites to win the NFC South, but the potential for odds to change are always prevalent.
