The 2010 Super Bowl Odds have the Denver Broncos listed at 50-1 to win the Super Bowl this year. If you are looking for one of the best sportsbooks to bet on the 2010 Super Bowl then you should look into BoDog, one of our favorite sportsbooks. As far as last season for the Broncos goes, they had a tumultuous off season which saw them lose their head coach and their Pro Bowl quarterback. New Head Coach Josh McDaniels, who took over for long time coach Mike Shanahan, butted heads with the Broncos star quarterback Jay Cuter which ultimately led to Cutler being traded. Kyle Orton will replace him as the team's starting quarterback. All of the changes usher in a new era in Denver and coach Josh Mcdaniels will be looking to get off to a good start in his first season with the team.
Denver had an explosive offense last season ranking second in the NFL with over 395 yards per game. It will be interesting to see how much the offense drops off without Cutler under center. The 2010 Super Bowl Betting Odds have the Broncos as a long shot to win it all this year. If Denver is going to contend Kyle Orton will need to have a big season as the team's new quarterback. Denver does have one of the top wide receivers in the league in Brandon Marshall. Marshall had the third most receptions in the NFL last season with 104. Orton will need to keep the often disgruntled wide out happy this season if Denver is going to win many games. The Broncos will need their first round selection, Knowshon Moreno to step in and produce right away for them at running back. For the Broncos offense to have success this year Orton and Moreno will both need to have good seasons.
Defensively the Broncos gave up the fourth most yards per game last season at 374.6. Opposing teams drove the ball up and down the field against a weak Broncos defense. New defensive coordinator Mike Nolan will hope to drastically improve the Denver defense. The 2010 Super Bowl Betting Lines seem to think that a weak Denver defense to go along with some question marks on offense will lead to a sub par season for the Broncos. Denver had a dismal collapse last year when they lost their last three games which led to them unbelievably losing the division to the San Diego Chargers. The Broncos will need their new players to shine in 2009 if they have aspirations of winning the Super Bowl.
